Rental Deposit Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your order! You can manage the order in the My Orders section.
Once the order is placed it will be pending and will be processed Thursday before our driver leaves the warehouse.

Please note that a rental deposit is required for all orders.
-The deposit is placed as a hold (pre-authorization) on your credit card, not an actual charge.
-The total deposit amount is shown at checkout and in your email receipt.
-The deposit may need to be refreshed if the rental period requires it.
-The deposit is calculated based on the replacement cost of the board game(s).
-Depending on your financial institution, the hold may take up to 7 business days to be released after your rental is returned.
-Please ensure your default credit card has sufficient funds to cover the deposit.
